Our facility is licensed by the California Department of Social Services (CDSS), Community Care Licensing Division. The CDSS requires our staff to go through multiple screening processes before obtaining employment to work with seniors in our facility. Our professional staff is composed of qualified and carefully selected individuals who exhibit a compassionate and gentle demeanor with our seniors. Our caregivers have extensive initial training before working with clients face-to-face to ensure a thorough understanding of the important work they are doing. Our caregivers also receive comprehensive hands-on training in working with the residents. After being hired, our caregivers are required to complete several hours of training on an annual basis.
